Fayad received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the College of Dentistry, Cairo University in 1985. He received his Masters in Oral Sciences in 1994 and his PhD in 1996 from the University of Buffalo at New York. He had two years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Eastman Dental Center, University of Rochester at New Your, and received his certificate of Specialty in Endodontics at the University of Illinois. Currently he is the Director of Endodontic research and a clinical assistant professor at the UIC College of Dentistry. He devotes his time to teaching, research and private practice. Dr. Fayad gives numerous presentations nationally and internationally. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, American Association of Endodontists, Illinois Association of Endodontists, Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontic Study Club, and is A Diplomate of American Boards of Endodontics.

Kashif Hafeez was honoured by Membership and Fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland and has been honoured with Fellowship from Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. He has completed his post graduate certificate in Medical and Dental education from Oxford Brookes University. He has special interest in Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology and is practising as visiting Implantologist to various practices. He has been a post graduate Dental Foundation trainer for Oxford Deanery from 2010 to 2015 and due to his passion for quality in education he has been appointed as Examiner for Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He teaches at the M Clindent programme, City of London Dental School, BPP university and lectures internationally on Oral surgery and Dental Implantology. He has been presenting his scientific work & research at prominent international dental conferences. He serves as an advisor & expert for GDC UK. In addition, he serves as Editorial Board member for Porodental CPD and visiting teaching faculty abroad. He was honoured with the Best Dentist award by APPS UK in 2013.
